    Jeel Yanbu International school celebrated the 87th Saudi National Day

    With great enthusiasm, Jeel Yanbu International School’s entire staff and students celebrated the 87th Saudi National Day on Monday 25th of September, 2017. The celebration took the center stage of function hall where the atmosphere was full of euphoric excitement engendered by a various activities lined up to mark this annual historic event.

    The activity team has worked on many different performances and activities to introduce the glory of the establishment of the kingdom and the eternal unification where everything was decked out in green and red which indicates the colour of the Saudi national flag mixed with the traditional gaiety and patriotic fervor.

    The program commenced with the strains of Saudi National anthem playing through the speakers, followed by Quran and the opening speech / PowerPoint presentation about the history of KSA and its 2030 vision. Girls from grade 8 then performed a silent play passing appreciation and gratitude to the soldiers under the name of “ ???? ???????”. Teachers and students took this opportunity to leave a message on the soldiers board writing the kindest words. Many other activities has also taken place during the celebration such as the Saudi Operate, Saudi Quiz, colouring and cross words. Many souvenirs were also distributed depicting Saudi culture.

    The school has also created an E-wall at (https://padlet.com/studentaffairs_jyis/f358lzcmtyg) and shared it on social media accounts where students, teachers and people can share a feeling and leave a comment for this occasion.

    Saudi National Day Celebration at ALHussan School

    Alhussan International School – Yanbu celebrated the Saudi National Day on September 25, 2017.

    The school was decorated with green balloons and flags. The students had enjoy wearing green scarves, Saudi logos and waving the flags in solidarity with the event.

    We were honored to host members from the ministry. The celebration began with performing the Saudi national anthem. The event included different activities and a presentation focused on the establishment of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The students had read poems about Saudi Arabia in front of the audience. They enjoyed their time by celebrating with the teachers. At the end of the celebration the students have released the balloons in the sky.

    Radhwa International School

    All Students at Radhwa International School enjoyed the fun activities on the Saudi National Day celebration. The celebration provided various corners with amusing performances including cultural activities such as traditional food, art, and informative sessions about the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Young students participated by nice performances and poems, and an article about 2030 vision. Teachers and students prepared 13 corners. Each corner had a specific goal to enrich students’ knowledge about Saudi Arabia. Three of which are, the Royal Family corner to highlight the role of the founder, King Abdul Aziz and his sons, in the unification of Saudi Arabia. The Southern Border Soldiers corner was created to show respect, honor & deep appreciation to soldiers on the Southern Border of Saudi Arabia.  Achievements of the Saudi Kings corner to raise and consolidate feelings of loyalty to our Kingdom And Kings. All students had the chance to show their love and feelings towards Saudi Arabia in this delightful celebration.
